Kapili was very quick to respond for our request for a quote and sampling for our recently vacated rental property that had been left in very rough shape including damaged popcorn ceiling and floors. Due to age of the unit we were very concerned with asbestos contamination and needed to get confirmation before we could proceed with any renovations.

We used this certified contractor for abestos removal of the popcorn ceiling in our home built in 1969. Kapili Reyes performed the abestos testing and confirmed the presence. We did request estimates from other abatement contractors. Although Kapili did not have the lowest estimate, they were competitive and stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire process before we made our decision. What made them stand out was their genuine concern to help us.
We negotiated a fair price that was a "win-win" for both sides. Kapili initially gave us a 4 to 5 day removal time. To our surprise, he and his crew completed the removal in 2 days. We received our clearance by an independent lab after the 2nd day. All in all, we were very pleased with the service provided by Kapili's company. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to test and remove abestos from their home.
